Citroen C4 Cactus has scored 4 Stars on the safety authority standards while its fellows Mercedes-Benz V-Class and Nissan X-Trail won the maximum five stars. Latest Euro NCAP safety test has tested the all new Cactus in the controlled environment and awarded it four stars. The adult safety rating is as low as 82 that is just good and the pedestrian safety and protection is even worse with 80 points.

It has replied very strongly to the front impact and NCAP engineers found that both driver and passenger were well safe and in the case of real life impact, it is given that both occupants would be protected against injuries. They also proclaimed that the other areas checked against the safety standards are well over the standards. Good protection and strength recorded on Citroen C4 Cactus against all kind of impacts from front.

There were two more models including Mercedes-Benz V-Class and Nissan X-Trail tested this month and both scored five out of five stars. The Japanese model was praised by the engineers on its very modern inclusion of crash avoidance systems.
