The e-NV200 also shows a new all-electric taxi which Nissan hopes will replace London\u2019s classic black cabs from 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The entry level e-NV200 Acenta van costs \u00a313,393, when bought with a lease package for the battery. However, on-the-road price is \u00a316,562.20 which also includes \u00a38,000 UK government grant; all plug-in vans are eligible for. The electric van is exempt from the London Congestion Charge and annual road tax. The figures are based around a four-year ownership period covering 9,375 miles a year. It must be kept in mind that a battery rental package will set you back between \u00a361 and \u00a3109 per month. Nissan is in the process of launching a seven-seater taxi version with zero emission London cab; the prices for this have not been announced.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Top of the range Tekna Rapid Plus costs \u00a319,324 for the e-NV200 van and \u00a326,309 for a five-seater. High spec models are also equipped with fast-charging kit which reduces the recharge time from four hours to just 30 minutes. A rear-view camera is standard along with power-folding mirrors. The e-NV200 van is based on <a title=\"Nissan Leaf \" href=\"http:\/\/www.nissan.co.uk\/GB\/en\/vehicle\/electric-vehicles\/leaf.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Nissan\u2019s Leaf<\/strong><\/a> hatchback which is the world\u2019s best selling all-electric car.
